Ballet  it is a performing art that can include dance, orchestral music, choir, mime, acting, stage design, costumes, and fantasy stories.  It all depends on who its creator is and when it was created.  Many call it classical dance.  Others call it academic dance. In my personal opinion, ballet seems very inspiring to me since it transmits relaxation, harmony and tranquility to me, but behind all that people who practice ballet have to have a lot of hard and intense training discipline and that inspires me to do more  things to improve myself and be better.  This type of dance also seems very original to me for all its choreographies and movements.
